Brynlee is getting old!

Last week Blake and I got to go and do Brynlee and her friend Amanda's Senior Pictures. (I actually just made sure their hair was in place and they had good poses). Here are some of the results. It is hard to believe she is graduating. I am excited to see where this talented girl goes. She seriously is incredible. I have been very blessed to gain two sisters from the union with Mr. Bishop. Brooklyn is consistently thinking about others and Brynlee is a sweetheart. Loves.

Happy Mother's Day

My mom has seriously been a rock for me my whole life. I never had to wonder how she felt about life, the gospel, or my choices. She has always been there to steer me in the right direction and give me profound advice. Everywhere I go I find myself telling people the things she has taught me. If everyone could have someone like my mom in their life they would never have to wonder who God is, what the gospel brings into life, or who they are. She is an educator and a friend. She is a woman of wisdom and truth and a constant in my life. "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding." She is a good lady! I love you Mom!

Happy Mother's Day to all the mom's in my life. I feel kind of sad I don't get to be with my own mom today, but I have a lot of other women who have blessed my life immensely. Loves.

We are Moving!!

I don't even know what has gotten into me. We heard that a couple in our ward was moving, so out of sheer curiosity and a passion for real estate, I called up the landlord (who also happens to be in the ward), and found out that this lovely little plot was bigger and we could rent for the exact same amount as our little duplex now! So I run home and ask Blake and now we are moving for my birthday! I am so so in love with this house. It has a big dining room and kitchen, with a bathroom that you can get to without walking around our bed. I am so excited! More pictures to come. We made an agreement that if we do improvements to the house we get reimbursed with cheaper rent! I love that! I seriously can't sleep now, because it is all I think about. It is funny to see what is exciting for me now that I am married. Blake thinks I think about the house more than him. Not true, because when I think about the house, he is always in it. Even Steven. Did I mention it had laundry? It should be fun. Lots of effort to move two blocks away but it will be totally worth it! Wahoo! Love you all.

Happy Sabbath

A couple things that make me happy. I am ready for some changes in my life. I am not sure what they will be or where I will go with it, but I thought I would share my inspiration with you.


White and cream...I love this color combo. I need to figure out how I can make a bit more contemporary, but how delicious is that!
