a fabulous weekend

a lovely weekend was had by the bishop family this weekend.

we spent our time up in Park City watching the LDS General Conference.

one of the apostles, elder ballard gave the most inspiring talk on the family.

if you don't do anything else today, watch the link. 

mormon or not, he spoke with power about the importance of family.

i was gratefully edified.

this week has a lot of exciting happenings.

a home tour that will knock your socks off. (if you aren't wearing socks than put some on before you read it.)

some rantings from a wife learning to be herself.

in the bishop household we have one rule.
well, we actually have a lot of rules, but this is a big one.
"jac can not be in charge of plants."
i took it really hard at first.
i was defiant, and obstinate.
but eventually i had to come to the realization that i just simply did not have a green thumb. 


lucky for you, there are some who have the same problem.
